Parallels v18.1.1 (53328) w/ Tools v18.1.1 (53328) - WORKS
That is the reported versions that work.

Same issue, Windows 11, Have uninstalled and reinstalled Expedition 11.18.1 and Maps Manager several times along with having to download my maps each time. After each attempt it works fine until I close and then open expedition back up and then C-Maps does not load all i get is a white background with a pop box asking me if Maps Manager is installed.

I am not sure what could cause that.
You could try the Expedition Systerm restore app. The problem is more likely to be in C-Map though.

Nick, are you talking about the repair utility when you click uninstall? I have tried several times as well.

If I buy CMaps once, can I install them on my B&G Vulcan AND use them with Expedition?
