    TWS % Same finish times?

    I just ran an optimal route with TWS % enabled but all of the finish times are exactly the same.  

    Do I have something inadvertently clicked?  What am I doing wrong?

    I found the same with 11.15.2
    Updated to 11.15.6 and is OK now.

    Yes, it was a bug. Fixed a while back.
