    Iridium Weather Download - HELP!

    I have rented and Iridium 9555 and want to download Saildocs to my PC, which uses Windows 10, for use with Expedition. I have had success with Expedition in this way in the comfort of my study with a high speed internet connection. But I don't know how to get the phone to download data and the folks from whom I've rented the phone can't help. There must be some software that I need to download to the PC so that when I attach it to the phone it can receive data.

    PLEASE HELP ME!!!  Thank you in advance for doing so.
