Intermittent TWS - When port set to H2000 TWS=bad, set to H690 T=good?

Disclaimer:  I've just relaunched and reconnected the cable running up my mast to my wind instruments.  This may be a connection issue, but...

I have an H2000 system onboard.  Old yes, but it's been bulletproof.

After getting everything connected, I started Expedition and noticed that the TWS on Expedition seemed to be alternating between an accurate value, no value, and something at least 2X reality.

TWS displays just fine on my B&G ffd's and Zeus mfd.

Then when I switch the configuration from H2000 Perf to H690 the wind speed displays as it should?

Any suggestions??

PS>  I saved "raw data" files for both settings but can't find a way to attach them here.

I think the H690 uses the old H390,690 sentences from the B&G.

If it works, maybe just use that. There isn't much gain in using the newer HLink sentences.

We mostly used the H690 ones in even the 2001 Volvo as the HLink oes were a little unreliable.

Thanks for the quick response!

I've used the h2000 setting for years?

It looks like I'll lose the ability to send to B&G external channels??

I do like that feature!

Obviously the other solution is to look at the raw data coming into Exp and see what is happening with the data of interest.

And now....a few hours later and everything is working as per normal.
Please forget that I wasted a few minutes of your time.
