Something must've changed in the Settings and now the log file seems to insert whole numbers after every column. Also the second (!boat) line is populated with whole numbers, was empty before.
Bug? Feature? How to come back to each column's numbers actually corresponding to the column's heading?
Apologies for the noisy dump below, I underlines some of the (apparently) garbage data.

The format changed last year.
The comments at the top just indicate which data you have selecetd to be logged.

Thanks, but what are those cardinal numbers after every data point that I underlined?
From the above text:
!Boat,Utc,BSP,AWA,AWS,TWA,TWS,TWD,RudderFwd,Leeway,
0,44940.917278,1,8.655,2,-39.2,3,20.28,4,-61.2,5,14.12
This shows in Excel as:
!Boat Utc BSP AWA AWS TWA TWS TWD RudderFwd Leeway
0 44940.917278 1 8.655 2 -39.2 3 20.28 4 -61.2
Offline
By staring at them I realized that the cardinal numbers on the second line:
!boat,0,1,2,3,4,5 etc
are the numbers assigned to the named fields in the first line:
!Boat,Utc,BSP,AWA,AWS,TWA,TWS
And in the body of the data they simply repeat what field the data corresponds to:
0,44940.917278,1,8.655,2,-39.2,3,20.28,4,-61.2,5,14.12
...so if some fields are missing it just jumps to the next available field. In the example above the field numbers are:Utc0BSP1AWA2AWS3TWA4TWS5TWD6RudderFwd7Leeway10
And when the data line shows:
0,44940.917278,1,8.655,2,-39.2,3,20.28,4,-61.2,5,14.12,6,135.0,10,2.44
...it means that RudderFWD data is missing. SO TWD is 135.0 and Leeway is 2.44
Any way to get rid of this? It makes it really hard to analyze the log in Excel. Before the data was just comma-separated so the same data line would just show
44940.917278,8.655,-39.2,20.28,-61.2,14.12,135.0,,2.44
and would line up with column headers perfectly...

Ran it through "Extract Log data", all good now
