4D-MAX. I am using virtual desktop on my mac to run Expedition software. Parallels desktop is not working but VMware Fusion is ok. It is look the problem in OpenGL driver using by each platform.
Could you please send me licence file for VMware, I will send a code to you email shortly.
Thank you

I don't really recommend Parallels or VMWare.
You could try deleting and downloading the 4D charting again. From experience, that is the most likely cause of problems with 4D.

Hi @andkedr
I have the same problem here. Maybe we can tackle it together?!
My (initial setup)
- MacBook Pro M2
- Parallels v18
- Expedition (11.17.5)
- MapsManager (2.27.0.26)
- C-MAP 4D charts
Yes, Nick doesn't recommend VMs. However, this is my office setup. I had been a bit worried changing to an ARM-CPU, however, it has been running flawlessly for almost 4 months now. Then SOMETHING updated and I am not quite sure what caused the issue. I use the VM for other applications, hence, only noticed with some delay.
So far, I have:
- Downgraded Parallels to v17. The issue remains.
- Downgraded Expedition to v11.16. C-Map charts don't work at all.
- Reinstalled MapsManager. No change.
- Uninstalled Windows Updates (KB5019980 und KB 5020622). The issue remains.
So, getting a bit clueless atm.

@Nick: Has there been any changes related to OpenGL in the last Expedition updates?
(Should be move this to Technical Q&A?)

The most common issue is an error in downloading or upgrading the 4D charting.
One solution might be to try unstalling the charts from Map Manager and redownloading.
You could try just disabling individual areas first to see if one is the problem.

Same issue here, also running Parallels with Windows 11 Pro. Everything ran great until a few weeks ago, now all CMAP 4D charts display a black screen. Deleting and reinstalling the charts didn't help. I spun up a new Windows VM and found that there was an error when installing Maps Manager (error code 31). I've emailed CMAP to see what that means.

The ARM procesor could also be the problem, but I don't know anything useful about Apples.
