    11.16.11 not loading on upgrade

    I've just upgraded from the 11.16.7 to 11.16.11 and the splash/confirmation screen appears but on accepting that the main page loads (no maps but 'c-map' at the top) and then it crashes. I have tried to reinstall 11.16.7 to get the system working again but see  a x80070666 error - another version of this program is already installed.

    Issue fixed with the 11.16.12 build

    Yes, there seemed to be something odd with the .11 build.

    It all seemed ok yesterday, but a rebuild fixed it.
