    Difference betweenb Polar BSP and Target BSP

    Could someone explain the difference between Polar BSP and Target BSP?

    Polar bsp is the polar bsp at any twa and tws.

    Target Bsp is your upwind or downwind polar bsp, ie at the target twa.
