    new software

    Hi we are new comers to Expedition but realized we have old software.
    I am looking to upgrade to the latest edition  - we are based in the south west of the UK.
    Can someone recommend which upgrade i need - i only have 4gb of memory left so will up be upgrading the PC.
    Do i need "=14pxFor ENC, RNC and C-MAP 4D charting." or this version "For ENC, RNC and C-MAP MAX charting".
    Do i need to download anything else?
    We are not ocean racers more coastal and round the cans if that helps
    I currently have 2015 version of the software.

    It mainly depends on whether you are using C-map charting.

    If not or are using MAX charting, the version for MAX is best.

    If using 4D or are new to C-Map, 4D charting is generally best

    Hi Nick,
    It looks like we are using C map charts
    So would the C-Map MAX charting software be ok?
    I am assuming i would need to upgrade C-Map to the 4 d version?

    MAX or 4D works. 4D can be simpler from a licensing pov as it is all online.
