Lat/Long entering decimals of seconds

I have a random leg race comingup and just got the mark list.  I am a bit confused and want to be sure how to do this.  I want to take advantageof the extra decimals to be more accurate just not sure how to enter them.  Maybe this is a silly question but I won't know until I hear an answer.

Mark list location
Mark S Lat  33 44'32.67"N   Long 118 9'7.26"W

I can just drop the decimal
33 44.32  118 9.7 but this lacks the accuracy of location provided.

I can round the decimal to the nearest whole number
33 44.33  118 9.7

I read in some programs you are supposed to divide the seconds by 60 (this one doesn't seem righ but putting it out there)
33 44.544 and 118 9.121

ANy help isappreciuated my bext step is to find one of the marks that is fixed. Enter it mutiple ways and see which one drops it on top.  THanks to any and all who can help

Re: Lat/Long entering decimals of seconds

Yes, 1 second is 1/60th of a minute.

so 33 44'32.67"N = 33 44.5445'n
