Course Mark Properties

I am having some issues editing a course that I set up previously. I want to change a mark to mark it as "leave mark to port" but the Course options in the Mark properties window are greyed out. How can I change that?

Re: Course Mark Properties

Looks like it might have been a glitch.

Try updating to the latest version.

Re: Course Mark Properties

Thanks Stroppy, I agree. I'm on v11.15.9 and there is one new version.  I will upgrade but I've noticed this in previous versions as well.

I just updated and it hasn’t change. I think Nick is making a fair few changes at the moment so it might be disabled while he is doing that.

Will wait and see what he says.

Re: Course Mark Properties

It was broken in mark management if this is where you mean. That is fixed in .10.

It was related to adding a gate option for compatibility with something else.

... or do you mean in edit mark from the pop-up window? That is ok here.

Re: Course Mark Properties

Hi Nick,

Doesn’t seem to be working in mark management. Just updated today.

Works in right click > edit marks.

Re: Course Mark Properties

Thanks.

They will be disabled if you edit marks from the list on the right. Marks don't have leave to port, starboard etc unless they are part of a route.

For example, a mark could be part of different routes with different roundings.
