Is there a way to either map chosen already existing variables to the Expedition log file or setup the user channels (which already write in the log file) to be specific variables? Polar Bsp% does not seem to write to the log and as a start I'd like to at least get that incorporated into the log file and potentially some other variables. 

Less critical, since I can pull it from the events logs, but it would be nice if there was a way to write the selected sails/boat configuration directly into the log file.
