Laylines To narrow
Hi All,
Second issue i have found and this may be me been stupid, but my lay lines are too narrow.
I have the same polar in nav and perf. The number box shows the tacking angle at 113 but the laylines on the chart and the opp track number box show the angle ar aobut 70 degrees.
Our BSP was not working so i was using SOG. Expedition thinks there is about 8 knots of current so i suspect this is the issue. Can you tell the software that you are using SOG?

Presumably it is getting the 8kt drift from the instruments.
You could tell Exp not to receive that depending on the system or use the Hold current feature

Thanks Nick,
I figured out the hold current in the what if when I was running through the days sailing. Hopefully tomorrow we will have BSP working. If not will just use the hold current.
