Offset gps position by - in the logs?

Hi
I’m getting data from Exp to KND racereplay. Both have the option to offset his position along HDG line by x feet.

If I set it to expedition, does it translate in the logs, or the logs gets the original data without the offset?

Now that I think of it, same question goes to calibration..do log files get corrected or in corrected data (if correction is made in Exp and not in the instruments themselves).

Thanks

Re: Offset gps position by - in the logs?

The position in the log file is the GPS position.

All the data in the log files is the calibrated etc data as you see it in number boxes etc.

I should expand that the GPS to bow measurement etc are really just for the start calculations. It makes sense to save the raw GPS position in the log file.

The instrument data is a little different. If you do calibrate something in Exp it is calibrated on import so the system logging etc sees the calibrated data.
