Possibly your computer time is wrong then.

Re: Magnetic Variation Model Out of Date

I've got the magnetic model out of date issue with 10.12, there is no download link for 10.13,only to upgrade to 11.x, which is a paid for upgrade. Can you provide a link for 10.13?

Re: Magnetic Variation Model Out of Date

I have also added the 2020-2025 world magnetic model to the Expedition downloads web page. Copy this over the existing file in the \config directory.

Re: Magnetic Variation Model Out of Date

So, I recently purchased a boat that has a state of the art circa 2009 setup. The PC is running XP, and the Expedition version loaded is 7.2, Instruments mainly Ockam - 0183  -- I'm looking to install the gmm model file you have posted, but there doesn't seem to be an existing file in version 7.2.
I'm also happy to upgrade the license, but I can't really without upgrading the PC/OS to Win10. Since the system is working for now, is there a way to apply the WMM to version 7.2? It is complaining that the model is missing/out of date, so I'm hopeful.
The PO had put a lot of effort into this system, polars are loaded, sail inventory, there is a lot there. I'm curious also what your suggestion is for upgrade path.

Thanks,
Sam

Re: Magnetic Variation Model Out of Date

I can't remember back that far, but possibly not. Maybe email me.

Exp 11 still runs on Windows 7.
