Share Expedition Data across 2 PCs

Does anyone know if it's possible to share data across my laptop and boat PC using something like one drive or dropbox ?

I'm trying to find the best way of pre-planning routes on my laptop at home and the courses, wind data etc being available for my boat pc.

Grateful for any good ideas.

Yes, some people do that. One thing to be careful of is not to share the licence.xml file - it won't work on the other computer.

Re: Share Expedition Data across 2 PCs

I've been playing with it... You can't share the expedition directory itself due to the license.xml file.
I now keep my mark databases and race notes and boat database in common directories...
My boat polars and sail charts are also kept in seperate places.

I have not found an easy way to share the rest of the expedition folder:
- States
- Instruments
- Default grib foler
- wxdata
- config
- images

Just remember not to open files from multiple computers at the same time.
