    C Map issue

    Expedition won’t use map I have downloaded even though it is sitting in Program Data charts folder. It’s a CMap NT+ map and used to work until I had to rebuild and start again.
    Any ideas?

    With or without a dongle?

    If you have rebuilt the computer, it is quite possible the licence key has changed if you aren't using dongle.

    We used a virtual drive as it is a tablet with a code supplied by CMap - do we need to ask for a new one?

    Probably.

    They might not supply NT+ keys now, but I don't know. I know they are past end of life and the MAX on CD updates cease at the end of this year.
