Liters to Gallons Option?
Is there a way to change the default units from liters to gallons?

There isn't. It would be easy to add, but I can't think of any channels with litres.

It is found where I indicate how many liters/hr of fuel I burn, and then when routing, I get a summary of how many liters of fuel I used if I use the motor.

Without wishing to hijack the thread, I find this units conversation amusing. I have recently set up a brand new laptop and Expedition from scratch, and ruminate on our usage of the following combination of units: BSP=Knots; depth=Metres; TWS=knots; boat dimensions =feet; SST=degrees C; barometer=hPa.... you get the idea. Napoleon didn't finish the job!

The routing doesn't really need units as it is just a number per hour in Exp.
