    10.2.19

    With 10.2.19 on a Windows 8.1 machine, I suddenly cannot open any RNC files. I can search a valid directory, but no chart list is created and therefore no files will open. The ENC files will catalog and open, but they are always so strange that I never use them in Expedition or OpenCPN.

    Let me know if you need me to re-create the problem.

    Sorry - I just found that too.
    It is related to DRM permissions for one type of BSB chart and will be fixed asap.
