I am using the NOAA RNC Charts for North America, and finding that my zoom and pan options are limited.

Mostly the problem arises when i want to read the chart notes - you have to pan around to find them. For example, in looking at a channel.., the chart might say "See Note B". These notes are usually near the edges of the chart.

I have Auto chart turned off.., and chart quilting turned off.., but when i pan to the edge of a chart.., sometimes Expedition still loads a different chart.

I also find that I can't zoom out enough to efficiently scan the chart to see where the notes might be. Actually, even for Nav purposes, I might occasionally want to be less zoomed than it seems Expedition will permit.

It appears that there are no zoom settings for raster charts - is this correct?
