Current GRIB files into Expedition
Does anyone know if and where to get GRIB flies for ocean currents, specifically the Gulf Stream and eddies, for input to Expedition to use for routing?

Weather Tab/Saildocs/draw area/ select Model RTOFS-Global/Get Grib File ...Done!

Also NCOM from the MyGrib or GMN. Much larger files, but possibly better data.

Thanks so much. I tried Saildocs and that worked great. Think I will use that for now, to be safe.

I am getting ready for the MIA to Eleuthera Race is March. I can get the RTOFS currents through Saildocs and the NCOM current through My Grib but I am not having any luck with getting the HYCOM current through GMN. It does not appear to be a subscription service. It just times out without a download. Any help is appreciated.

I always found the GMN email option more reliable.
