    GRIB Schedule

    I am curious how expedition knows the availability of GRIBs from NOAA.  Specifically how it decides which times to make available in the "Run" dropdown?  Is it static or does it require an internet connection to ping the server.

    Also does anyone have the availability times for the SailDoc gribs?  I am trying to build a list of availability times for the different models on the different delivery channels.

    We put some conservative times in the scheduler.

    NOAA has a table:
