Deckman and CMAP MAX 4D

Nick, not strictly an Expedition issue, but you will know the answer, I bet.
I am considering moving from CMAP raster product (NT) to the CMAP MAX 4D product (combined rater and vector).  I have read somewhere (Will probably) that Deckman, that necessary interface between B&G WTP and Expedition, cannot read MAX 4D.
What does that mean for Deckman?  Does that simply mean that a chart image will not show in Deckman but nothing else is affected, or that there are other implications?
Regards

Re: Deckman and CMAP MAX 4D

That is correct - Dfw cannot use 4D.

NT is also a vector product.

Of course, you should also think about AusENCs in Australian waters.

Re: Deckman and CMAP MAX 4D

Thanks Nick, as I thought.  Understand about AUSENCs, their deployment will produce the same problem for Dfw.  I was simply wondering if having CMAP raster and vector capability meant that Dfw would retain a chart image.
