Archived wind/pressure data

Is there an easy way to download past (between specific dates for the last ten years) wind/pressure gribs from GFS into EXP for routing between California and Hawaii?

Re: Archived wind/pressure data

The old NOAA / NCDC service seems to have stopped. You might find something at https://www.ncei.noaa.gov , but I haven't had any luck yet.

ECMWF also has reanalysis datasets, see the Exp weather page.

Re: Archived wind/pressure data

Thank you. That is helpful. I am putting out feelers to find out more. Obviously, the data is still there but I can't find a way to get the snippets that I want without a huge download and scripting project.

It's also possible that someone downloaded relevant data before the servers went away.
