I get an error saying "Failed to create empty document" when I try and launch Expedition. I am running 10.6.1. I have tried re-installing. I have also tried running as admin (I thought it felt like a permissions issue).

I actually now thing it might be a registry issue. Anybody else seen this?

Actually I think it might be failing to write to my TEMP directory. Not sure why, might be because I recently did a big windows update. My user and local environment variables for TEMP and TMP seem to be correctly set.

I would try Expedition System Restore. Maybe start with deleting the display states, else delete all registry settings.

You can also try deleting marks.dat, charts.dat etc (or move them somewhere else)

Thanks Nick, I didn't know about the system restore tool. I managed to delete my license in the process, I will drop you an email for a new code.
