    damping channels in 10.5.19

    It looks like the behavior of the damping function in 10.5.19 compared to 10.5.17 has been changed. At least there is no visible difference in the number boxes between “no damping” and “system damping” anymore. I checked it with system setting for GWD set to 300s for channel damping.
