Hi Everyone,
We are hooking up a Panasonic Toughbook running Expedition on a B&G H5000 equipped boat.
The boat has a MOXA Serial to USB hub, Actisense NGT-1 N2K to USB adaptor, an ethernet cable from the H5000 to the Nav station for the PC.
I have trawled for details about setting up HLINK the uses a DB9 cable as we may as well save the expense of another hub or convertor.
Can anyone provide the pinouts for HLINK on a DB9 connector? I am assuming it is RS422 and my research tells me there is no standard for pinouts (unlike RS232)
Also what speed/parity etc do I need to set?
Appreciate your time

Hello,
Expedition 10.5 has a better solution for H5 - just use the Ethernet cable.
