    actisense NGW-1 (USB) and expedition ; missing data

    Hi
    we have a B&G system on racing tri ("shockwave)" Round Ireland race in couple of weeks)and used NGW-1 (USB) to import data from B&G network into laptop running Expedition vai USB
    we can raw data coming in and can display  GPS/COG/SOG but no wind data or AIS
     
    any suggestions

    Have a look at the NMEA 0183 data streaming in.

    What sort of B&G processor? NGW is an odd choice for modern B&G processors.

    opps - its NGX-1- USB  (my bad)
    its working on the network -  NAC3 , B&G graphic, and vulcan displays

    You need to look at the raw data window to see what is available and check the PGNs you have selected for Exp to receive.

    If you have a B&G processor, that is a better source to get instrument data from. The NGX will be better for GPS and AIS.
