    Missing Playback Ribbon

    I advised a friend of mine to start using Expedition. This means I also became the first line of support :-]
    Most questions I'm able to answer, however this one is puzzling me.  He is completely missing the Playback ribbon. In the menubar between Tools and User this option is not available. Personally I've never experienced this and I have no clue how he was able to achieve this. Software v12.5.5 for C-MAP 4D. Thanks for having a look at this!

    It isn't available in the simplified ribbon.
