    Dialoge boxes slow to open.

    I am having an issue with dialog boxes opening very slowly. When I click on check for updates or settings or close, the box can take up to 20 seconds to load. Usually just showing a see thu outline before it finally show up. Somtimes it works fine.
    I am running the lateset version. Is it something on my computer? 
    I have no other programs running.

    It might be worth trying the Expedition System restore app and selecting the display states option
