    Update install error 4D 12.3.11

    Tried upgrading from 4D 12.3.9 to  v12.3.11.  Got an error " An error occurred while attempting to create the directory C:|progam\files\exoedition\expedition4D"   This was run as administrator .

    Had to uninstall and go back to v.9

    You could uninstall Expedition 4D and try again.

    Make sure it deleted the directory it was installed in.

    Nick,

    I tired uninstall 2-3 times and same result.  If I manually delete the library, how do I ensure all the other settings (polars, marks, etc) are not deleted?

    They are stored in the Exp data folder and Windows' registry.

    Exp does not save anything in program files.
