    Best models for Caribbean 600?

    I hope its not too embarrassing to ask, but what are the good models for the Caribbean 600? It willbe my forst time, and I am keen for any advice.

    The best on the day!

    I reality, they give a general picture, but the observed features (eg cloud streets running down past Antigua to Redonda) are at least as important.

    I have a WRF runnning for the race area with 1/108 for Antigua and Guadeloupe. If you study the Guadeloupe forecast, you will see the wind patterns in the lee are essentially chaotic.

    The Mercator currents are good I think, but you could also look at NCOM.
