For a while I've been in the habit of loading georeferenced versions of NOOA weatherfax images (analysis, predictions) to compare with the GRIBs to assess quality given boat observations.  However, as I was going through the motions in preparation for PacCup2016 I noticed that in the latest version of Expediton (10.4.5), loading such and image as a chart, blocks the active route and marks as well as the optimal routes.  It is as if this "chart" was loaded as the top layer over everything with 0% transparency so the only thing that shows on top of it is the GRIB file.  This did not use to happen in previous versions where the georeferenced image was always loaded as the most backward image with everything else showing on top: marks, route, optimal routes, GRIBs, etc.

Is this a new issue or am I doing something wrong?
