Cannot Open Expedition
Dear Expeditioners, have had no trouble with Expedition until today, when preparing for the day's racing, Expedition failed to stay open. A few seconds after I open Expedition, the dreaded spinning blue wheel appears and before I know it Expedition has closed down. Does anyone know what is going on here and how to fix it? There are a few things you could try.
First, try manually running the Microsoft vc_redist from the Exp resources web page. There have been a few cases this year where Windows updates have broken other Microsoft components.
If that doens't help, try the Expedition System Restore app. Stat by deleting Display states.

Hi Nick, I tried Microsoft vc_redist from the Exp resources web page. Unfortunately that did not work. I then went into the Expedition Setup file and pressed repair - it said that the repair was successful, but Expedition still did not open. Where do I find Expedition System Restore app?

It is installed with Exp. Easiest to access it from Windows Start button.
