Microsoft seems to have done some damage with yesterday’s Windows 11 update and broken their redistributable, at least here.

This also happened earlier in the year.
 
If Expedition x64 doesn’t run, just run the vc_redist.x64.exe from the Exp resources web page and select the repair option.

x86 seems ok.
