    YB/JSON Since updated when download cancelled

    I've had some problem with '503 server overload' from YB over the last couple of days while tracking RIYR. What I've found is that the 'JSON Since' time still gets updated although the download failed. The time is also updated if you cancel a download. Should this reflect the status of the call and only be updated when the download succeeded?

    I have changed it to default to the last position report time available.

    Nick, simulated using the last position report time for a few updates and that works well
