64 bit versus 32 bit on V12

I have been running the 32 bit version on my Surface Pro 9 (Windows 11) connected to an H5000 Hercules.  The charts are US NOAA both ENC & RNC.  I just upgraded to 32 bit Version 12.  I also have a Navionics chip in my B&G Zeus 3 and see now that with the 64 bit version I could use it with Expedition. I have read comments about the 64 bit version being faster.

Are there any cons shifting to the 64 bit version?

Any Pros / Cons of changing over?

If I do install the 64 bit version, is it easy to go back to the 32 bit version if I have a problem?

Yes, x64 is slightly faster and can support much larger grib files.

The main issue people will have is Deckman support, but that is only a concern if you need it for WTP.

Thanks Nick!  I will install the 64 bit version and request new license keys for that.
