C-Map Loading to Expedition Issue After Updating

I have updated the c-map on my expediton computer.  But the chart still says out of date.  I have rebooted but still the same.  Can you please tell me how to update the c-map chart?  Thank you

Re: C-Map Loading to Expedition Issue After Updating

I presume this is 4D?

If so, when people have seen this in the past, a solution is to remove the chart area and re-download.

Re: C-Map Loading to Expedition Issue After Updating

I have a (possibly) similar issue, did you find a fix TriumphSC52?

I've followed the suggestions here after purchasing the C-Map update on 18 Apr 25, removed and redownloaded charts, rebooted but I still get the pop-up alerting me, specifically to an "obsolete cartridge".

Is C-Map's use of "obsolete cartridge" what regular people call "out of date charts"? If not maybe I don't have the same problem?

Below is the text from Expedition (12.3.4), if anyone can help a lost soul here???

My issue is the same. Obsolete Charts.  I did update but have not been able to fix, yet.  Will be trying again.

Re: C-Map Loading to Expedition Issue After Updating

C-Map will says the charts are obsolete if older than 12 months, even if an update isn't available.

Re: C-Map Loading to Expedition Issue After Updating

Thanks Nick. So in my case at least, can I just ignore the pop-up message as a bug in the system?  Given my 'programmed date' is less than 12 months?

And if it is a bug, is there somewhere I should report that to at least make the devs aware?
