If you are monitoring a race it means that you need to estimate the number of updates you need but this is straight forward. What I am seeing is the time difference in the individual boats means that they may get excluded from the update - the sail/race tracker/tracking shows the most recent update as 10:04 (BST) and the entries in the database/racetracking show times of 09:00:01, 09:00:04, 09:00:05, 09:00:06 - the boat for 09:00:01 is excluded and not updated when it syncs on the load. Is it falling outside a predefined time window?

Hello
I'm monitoring a race with Yellow Brick.
I setup an automate to have the files directly in expedition data/tracking.
When I go in the menu Sail>Tracking ; Import and Import the files, it's work. With Sail>Sync, the boats are displayed.
I setup the scheduler, check "monitor folder" and setup the folder.
Apparently, the scheduler doesn't make anything. the positions are never updated. To get the update, I have to go in the menu Sail>Tracking to import the files.
Did I miss something? or done something wrong?

Are you manually downloading YB files to a folder and getting Exp to check that folder?
Why not just use the YB Tracking JSON option?

Misreading the documentation, and outdated forum post... So, I go with email and files.
In the menu Sail>YB Tracking, when I click on "Download", It update the tracks. 
Is there a way that the system does this itself at predefined time?

The option to download YB trackign reports was deleted a few years ago.
It isn't needed now there is the JSON option for YB Tracking.
