Hello,
I would like to go deeper into data analysis of log files.
Following tools, I have found.
SailingPerformance
KND with ReXY Gold
Chartedsails
Njord Analytics

What are the pros and cons of each software? What are you using? What can you recommend?

Hi,
It is a open ended question. All the tools you list are being used sucessfully by teams but what you need for a melges 24 is completely different to a V70 or TP52. The questions that will help answer you are:
1). What type of yacht/s?
2) What instrument packages on board?
3) Level of sailing?
4) Budget?
5) Time available?
6) What are the key questions you want to answer?

1) Carkeek 40
2) B&G H5000 performance
3) ambitious amateur
4) not open end, but also not very limited
5) quite some
6) improve polars/crossover, check calibration, feedback to the trimmers/helm on which mode was fast, which maneuvers were fast, and which was slow.
