expedition windows
when i click on the window dropdown and select AIS, the AIS window opens below my chart. if i also select route, the route window opens above my chart. i want it to be below my chart where the AIS window is. if i drag it down below the AIS window, the icons to dock, float, pin, etc. are not there. if i close this window and then reopen it, it always goes back to the top.
how do i correct this?

Get your setup the way you want it and save it.
The window state menu has the option to save or save as... If you are in the mode you want just save it.
