    Can't update Start Time on Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10?

    I have a MS surface Pro 3 with windows 10 installed.   I have a race coming up and want to set the start time so I can run route optimizations.  When I go into settings I can only select "Now" to update the time, I can't set the time, it is grayed out.
    Any ideas?  
    FYI - I have another laptop with windows 7 and the same versions of Expedition loaded and I can set the start time just fine. 
    FYI - in settings under the "System" tab, I do not have "tablet" selected.

    Issue solved - I had "Optimise from current position and time"  checked
