    Expedition Unhappy to install on computer with Upto date Visual Studio

    I tried to update Expedition tonight to the new release but was stymied after the install was unhappy with the VS runtime redistribution kit installed by Visual Studio 2019 (the most recent update).

    I was able to remove just the VC x86 redisitibution package and install proceeded.

    Install failure again for having a newer version of VCRuntime x86 than included in Exp installer...
