    invalid start position - C-MAP land

    "invalid start position - C-MAP land"
    Getting this error when running routes, and when I uncheck "avoid CMap land - slow" - it then routes me over land..
    I do have "avoid ENC land" checked as well as "avoid vector chart land".

    expedition version 10.10.5

    Thoughts ??

    Can you leave 'avoid,,,land" unchecked and use tab Sail/Race Notes to keep the route off the dirt?
