Connectify, H5000 & Expedition (not an expedition problem)
Whats the best or recommended way to install and connect it all?
I use wired WebSocket from H5000 to pc, and Connectify to setup a wireless access for iPads in the boat. In addition i have Actisence transmitting to N2K instruments on deck. My problem is connecting everything to the same IP network, it seems thats not possible - I'm probably doing something strange.
I have set up the computer wired connection to have a fixed ip address, this way the H5000 and expedition allways work - but when i do, Connectify complains about ip conflicts.
Sometimes sailing is complicated.... f
I would love some tips as to how others are setting up their stuff

Your Connectify network should be in another subnet then the subnet you use for the H5000-Exp connection.
I use a wired connection between my PC running Exp and my NKE instruments. PC has a fixed IP address. Then I run Connectify Hotspot on the PC but with a different subnet mask than the PC uses to connect to NKE. Works like a charm!
