Add Stripchart button to User tab?
Can I do it? Sure it used to be there.

Click the little down arrow on the Quick Access Toolbar (Top left of your screen). That gives a config screen where you can add other commands and applications to your Toolbar. StripChart is there.
When you add it to the QAT it also appears in the User menu.
