    BIG Wind Arrow on Chart View

    I'd like a big wind arrow that floats on the Chart View, so I can quickly visualise how the wind is blowing across the course. It would help pick up gybe-sets with the kite etc.

    Beneteau First 40
    B&G H5000 Performance
    Heading sensor: Furuno PG700
    Chart table: Toughbook CF-53 | Deckscreen:  Mesa 2

    Can't you set up some 'solid' arrows in one of the 9 Weather formats
    ie Weather / Settings /Wind 10 M / Simple Arrow / Line width 4   etc

    This wouldn't work for Instrument Wind, would it?

    Oh OK I see what you mean...Maybe a window but they are mostly numeric
    The B&G has lots of graphic choices if you have a display in the nav area
    I agree it would be a nice feature in Exp

    What about the Window -> Sail graphic which provides a graphical wind instrument that you can dock?  Or the display wind barb on boat (winds) in display options?
