Just installed 10.2.8 on my Win 8.1, and now when I zoom in to some level using the RNC charts, I get sent off to some location near the north pole. Any ideas? I have tried re-installing.

I just replicated that and it seems to be related to a change to support some new BSB charts. Will fix asap.
