I haven't been able to get an updated install from C-Map, but it is automatically updated if the computer is on line.
The update files are downloaded to C:\ProgramData\C-MAP\MapsManager\CHARTS\CM

=10ptAfter been very frustrated with the situation Expedition4d isn't working with my c-map's anymore I decided to build up my pc from scratch (winter-season-work ;-)). So my system is up and running again, but I had to apply the descript patch AND a new version of the display-link graphics driver (my display is connected via USB3.0). With the Windows-Update a modified display-link graphics driver was installed too. Meanwhile there’s an updated driver so it is working again like a charm =10ptJ=10pt.

I am having stability issues with Expedition ever since upgrading from the Demo version to a full license. I am running the program on a new Microsoft SurfaceBook that I use as my work / personal computer. My intention is to later install a second copy on the MacBook Air running Parallels that is used as the dedicated nav station computer (unless I need to upgrade that system).
Basically, when trying to create a route / course that spans multiple charts (running NOAA ENC charts), Expedition just closes. It does not freeze, there is no system error, it just shuts down.
Current system specs:
Windows 10 Pro v 1607 b. 14393.447
Intel i5-6300 @ 2.4GHz
8GB RAM
64 bit
Any thoughts, help, or feedback is most appreciated.

Hello,
Exp system restore can be a good place to start. Also, try rebuilding the chart database.
