Push Mark Data through GND10 to GNX21
N2K backbone, 3X GNX21s, 1X GMI20, GND-10 connected to PC via USB. Data transfers from GPS, Wind and Speed wheel through GND-10 to Exped. I can not figure out how to push Mark data from Exped to GNX21. Tips tricks or purchases reccomendations appreciated. Cheers - PATSY

You could send as custom data.

I dropped the 2 data requests into the custom list as 0 and 1 I believe but that did not take. I’m new to the GND10 connection so I’d bet my procedures are lacking. Is there a check list somewhere? I read the manual a-z and that did not jump out at me. I’m using the comm3 GND-10 connection if that makes a difference.

There is an option to send some mark information to the GND10 in Exp. As the help says, do not use this if sending to an old FDX server.
The GND10 was designed as a bridge between the old FDX server, displays etc and the newer NMEA 2000 based GNX120 etc.
Unless you need the legacy hardware support, using a NMEA 2000 gateway such as an iKonvert or NGX-1 is the normal approach.
